Returns
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of the products being sold, UNYTER is currently not allowing any returns or refunds on products purchased.

We understand that there are a lot of false products being sold, which is why we verify authentication of goods prior to receiving them in our warehouse.

All products are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatching from our warehouse.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products. Please read product listing before making any purchases. Should you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at customerservice@unyter.com for assistance.

Damaged Goods

All claims for loss pilferage or damage in transit must be made within 48 hours, or UNYTER shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement. Please contact us at customerservice@unyter.com with your Order # in the subject line to report damages.
